激光选区熔化技术(SLM)是一种精密增材制造工艺方法,它利用高亮度激光逐层熔化无粘结剂的金属粉末,可制造各种复杂零件。为评价SLM技术的特征,利用SLM技术制备了Ti-6Al-4V合金样件,分析了其表面特征、组织、显微硬度和拉伸性能。结果显示:沉积态Ti-6Al-4V合金样件的表面粗糙度约为Ra=10μm;存在明显外延生长,组织为柱状晶,平行和垂直生长方向的组织呈现各向异性,而显微硬度差异不显著。SLM成形Ti-6Al-4V alloy的拉伸性能与锻件标准相当。
Laser Selective Melting (SLM) is a precision additive manufacturing process that uses a high-brightness laser to melt unbonded metal powders to create complex parts. In order to evaluate the characteristics of SLM technology, Ti-6Al-4V alloy samples were prepared by SLM technology, and their surface characteristics, microstructure, microhardness and tensile properties were analyzed.
