Objective: To analyze the effect of using whole blood C-reactive protein (CRP) combined with blood routine in pediatric examination. Methods: A total of 62 children with acute fever and 62 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the observation group and 62 healthy children were selected as the control group. CRP combined with blood routine examination Comparison of two groups of children’s test results. Results: The CRP level in the observation group was significantly increased, the positive rate was 100%, the positive rate in the control group was 24.19%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Among the 62 infants in the observation group, the number of white blood cells, neutrophils and CRP in 29 children were increased. The number of white blood cells in 31 children was normal, but the number of neutrophils was increased. 2 The number of children with normal white blood cells and neutrophils. In the control group, the number of white blood cells, neutrophils and CRP in one case of children increased. The number of white blood cells in normal children was increased but neutrophils were increased in three cases. The remaining children had normal levels of leukocytes and neutrophils, The detection results of children in the group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The CRP combined with blood tests provide accurate data in the pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment to reduce the incidence of antibiotic abuse, which has important clinical significance and is suitable for general use.
