采用正交设计方法,考查电磁搅拌工艺参数对铸坯质量的影响。并利用优化的电磁搅拌参数,进行大量的工业试验,研究了电磁搅拌对板坯凝固组织的等轴晶率和枝晶臂间距的影响。试验结果表明,铸坯的等轴晶率提高了9.48%,一、二次枝晶臂间距分别缩小了6%和11.7%,细化了组织,显著改善了铸坯的质量。
Orthogonal design method was used to examine the influence of electromagnetic stirring process parameters on slab quality. A large number of industrial experiments were carried out using the optimized parameters of electromagnetic stirring. The effects of electromagnetic stirring on the equiaxed grain rate and dendrite arm spacing of solidified slab were studied. The experimental results show that the equiaxed grain ratio increases by 9.48% and the distance between the primary and secondary dendrite arms decreases by 6% and 11.7%, respectively. The microstructure is refined and the quality of slab is remarkably improved.
