本文以串联油路节流阀进口节流调速回路为例,先引出油泵全流量流经节流阀时其前后压差△P_b的概念,随后根据油泵调定压力P_o与△P_b的关系,从理论上分析了节流阀的工况,及回路的速度——负载特性,推出了不同情况下计算回路效率和最大效率的理论公式.计算出当P_o<△P_b时,其最大效率小于0.385;当P_o>△P_b时,其最大效率可达2/3以上,并通过实验进行了验证.
