在西安地铁2号线杂散电流防护系统施工中,伸缩缝处引出防迷流测防端子的施工难度大,且极易失窃或被破坏。结合现场实际情况,提出了一种防盗效果明显、施工简单,而且更可靠、更经济、更美观的连接方式及替代产品——埋入式防迷流端子。介绍了埋入式防迷流端子的构成、制作、安装工艺要求,对比分析了扁铜端子和埋入式防迷流端子的优缺点。在西安地铁1、2号线南延段轨道道床施工中采用了这种新型的埋入式杂散电流防迷流端子,取得了很好的效果。
In the construction of the stray current protection system of Xi’an Metro Line 2, it is difficult to construct the anti-flow-proof test terminal at the expansion joint, and it can be easily stolen or damaged. Combined with the actual situation in the field, a kind of anti-theft effect is obvious, the construction is simple, and more reliable, more economical and more attractive connections and alternative products - embedded anti-flow terminal. The composition, fabrication and installation requirements of embedded anti-flow terminals are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of flat copper terminals and embedded anti-flow terminals are analyzed. This novel buried stray current anti-flow terminal was adopted in the rail track bed construction of the Nan-Yan Section of Xi’an Metro Line 1 and Line 2 and achieved good results.
