一、角色分析学生健全人格的养成必须凝聚社会、学校和家庭三个教育阵地的合力。学校作为主阵地,应该拥有一套完整的德育网络:校长室—德育工作处—德育年级组—班级共同体。从这样的一个网络体系来看,德育年级组成为其中的关键环节,从年级组中选拔出一批骨干老师组成团队,对于德育工作的推进起着重要的作用,骨干团队不应该是一个孤立的团队,而应该作为德育工作处的后备军和骨干力量而存在。成长团的成员多了一个身份,多一份责任,
