通过固相微萃取(SPME)与GC-MS联用技术对蜂胶超临界CO_2萃取物中不同香气挥发性成分进行分析,建立由8个共有峰及其相关信息组成的国产蜂胶超临界CO_2萃取物GC-MS指纹图谱。对GC-MS分析数据进行聚类分析。结果得到两大类类别:第一类别地区所产蜂胶的超临界CO_2萃取物中有61种相似性组分,第二类别地区有75种相似性成分。结合我国地理区划特征,发现3个省区的蜂胶超临界CO_2萃取物特征成分组成相近,它们是:黑龙江和河北两省,云南和海南两省,山东、河南、湖北、湖南和四川5省。
The volatile components of different aroma components in supercritical CO_2 extract of propolis were analyzed by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and GC-MS, and the supercritical CO_2 extract of domestic propolis with 8 common peaks and related information was established GC-MS fingerprinting. Cluster analysis of GC-MS analysis data. The results obtained in two broad categories: Propolis produced in the first category of supercritical CO2 extract 61 kinds of similar components, the second category of 75 similar components. Combined with the characteristics of China’s geographical division, found that the characteristics of propolis supercritical CO_2 extract composition of three provinces are similar, they are: Heilongjiang and Hebei provinces, Yunnan and Hainan provinces, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Sichuan provinces.
