以ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８为色谱柱，双氯芬酸钠为内标，采用ＨＰＬＣ法可同时测定博泰软膏中氧氟沙星、酮康唑和醋酸地塞米松的含量。被测３组分的相关系数均大于０．９９８３，日内、日间偏差均小于５％。
Doxycycline, ofloxacin, ketoconazole, and dexamethasone acetate were determined simultaneously with HPLC on YWG-C18 column and diclofenac sodium as internal standard. The correlation coefficient of the three components tested were greater than 0.9983, day and day deviations were less than 5%.
