几年来,我们应用肝素、激素、胰岛素、胰高血糖素(以下简称四素),治疗重型病毒性肝炎32例(为治疗组),并将同期收治的23例重型病毒性肝炎采用综合疗法作为对照组,其治疗结果如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 两组均为住院病人,按1990年5月全国病毒性肝炎会议制订的诊断标准分型,治疗组32例,其中男24例,女8例,年龄18～57岁,急性重型肝炎4例,亚急性重型肝炎9例,慢性重型肝炎19例。对照组23例,男17例,女6例,其中急性重型肝炎3例,亚急性重型肝炎6例,慢性重型肝炎14例。 1.2 治疗方法 两组均采用综合治疗,给予保肝药物,新鲜血浆,白蛋白,支链氨基酸等,并注意维持
