由于经销商涉入汽车销售行业已经有较为深厚的基础,所以汽车4S店一般由经销商来投资经营。一方面,4S店投资很大,若是汽车厂家自己投资容易“变形”,有不能完全遵守4S店规格的隐患。另一方面,厂家直接来做的话,无论管理还是市场经营,都不能与经销商在一个水平线上竞争。此外,经销商的销售模式,多是先打款后提车,承担了厂家的部分压力,所以厂家也愿意采取这种模式。
Because dealers have already had a deeper foundation in the automobile sales industry, automobile 4S shops are generally invested by dealers. On the one hand, the 4S shop has a large investment. If the auto manufacturers’ investment is easy to “deform”, there are hidden dangers of not fully complying with the specifications of the 4S shop. On the other hand, if the manufacturers do it directly, neither the management nor the market operation can compete with the dealer on a horizontal line. In addition, the sales model of dealers is mostly to mention the models first, and to bear some pressure from manufacturers. Therefore, manufacturers are willing to adopt this model.
