当前,我国高等职业教育得到了快速发展,数学已成为高职院校学生能力培养的重点科目,但由于学生之间的数学素养与知识水平差异较大,数学教学工作屡遇瓶颈,整体教学质量难以提高。因此,在数学教学过程中,教师要根据学生的个体差异进行思考,针对不同基础、不同特点、不同学习能力的学生展开分层教学活动,因材施教。本文先就分层次教学法的涵义、作用、实施步骤进行阐述,后分析了分层次教学法在高职数学教学过程中的实施与运用。
At present, the higher vocational education in our country has been developing rapidly, and mathematics has become the key subject of the students’capacity training in higher vocational colleges. However, due to the great difference between the mathematical literacy and the level of knowledge among the students, mathematics teaching work often encounters bottlenecks and the overall teaching quality Difficult to improve. Therefore, in the process of mathematics teaching, teachers should think according to the individual differences of students, develop teaching activities according to different levels, different characteristics and different learning abilities. This paper firstly expounds the connotation, function and implementation steps of the hierarchical teaching method, and then analyzes the implementation and application of the hierarchical teaching method in the higher vocational mathematics teaching process.
