塔河缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏开采过程中有24口井出现沥青质堵塞井筒现象,油井无法生产。为此,结合沥青质堵塞物形成机理研究结果,通过分析生产动态特征、产出原油族组分监测分析、活性水乳化试验等,总结了堵塞物形成前后的生产动态变化规律,提出以掺改性稠油为核心的油井解堵、以环空注活性水及地层注水预防沥青质堵塞物形成的综合防治技术,对已出现沥青质堵塞严重的生产井进行了成功的治理,恢复了油井正常生产。
In 24 wells during the mining process of Tahe fractured carbonate reservoir, asphaltenes blocked the wellbore and the wells could not be produced. Based on the research results of formation mechanism of asphaltene blockage, this paper summarized the dynamic changes of production before and after the blockage by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of production, the monitoring and analysis of the crude oil components, the emulsification test of active water, Heavy oil as the core of the oil well plugging, the annulus active injection of water and stratigraphic water injection to prevent the formation of asphaltene blockage integrated prevention and control technology, has serious asphaltene blockage of the production wells were successfully treated to restore the normal oil well produce.
