为了得到更加优良的榫齿连接结构形式,降低榫齿连接结构应力集中水平,提高其疲劳强度,研究了双圆弧过渡对榫齿连接结构应力的影响,推导了通用双圆弧过渡的尺寸关系式,为过渡圆弧的改进与优化提供了理论上的支持.通过对二齿涡轮枞树形榫齿连接结构过渡圆弧的改进,并进行了应力评估,证明了双圆弧过渡结构确实能降低结构的应力集中水平.基于Isight软件平台,利用二次序列非线性优化(NLQPL)方法对榫齿连接结构进行了多变量优化,得到了更加优良的结构形式,最大等效应力下降了19.98%.
In order to obtain a more excellent form of the gear-teeth connection structure, reduce the stress concentration level of the gear-tooth connection structure and improve the fatigue strength of the gear, the influence of the double arc transition on the stress of the gear-tooth connection structure was studied. Which provides a theoretical support for the improvement and optimization of the transitional arc.By the improvement of the transitional arc of the two-tooth turbine fir-tree tenon-tooth connecting structure and the stress evaluation, it is proved that the double arc transition structure can indeed Reduce the stress concentration level of the structure.Based on the Isight software platform, multivariable optimization of the tenon-tooth connection structure is achieved by using the quadratic sequence nonlinear optimization (NLQPL) method, resulting in a more excellent structural form with the maximum equivalent stress decreasing by 19.98% .
