为研究Fe基合金薄带温度应力退火及回火特性,利用HP42494A阻抗分析仪得到Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9非晶薄带应力退火及回火后的磁各向异性场,用位移传感器测量退火和回火的伸长量.分析了经11次回火过程后样品的磁各向异性场的剩余百分比与薄带伸长量剩余百分比的关系.结果发现:11次回火后,磁各向异性场的剩余百分比为25.3%,薄带伸长量的剩余百分比为78.7%,表明:回火不能完全消除应力退火感生的磁各向异性场,且薄带的伸长不能完全恢复.
In order to study the annealing and tempering properties of Fe-based alloy ribbons, the magnetic anisotropy field after stress annealing and tempering of Fe 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 amorphous ribbons was obtained by HP42494A impedance analyzer. The elongation of annealing and tempering was measured.The relationship between the remaining percentage of magnetic anisotropy field and the remaining percentage of strip elongation after 11 times tempering was analyzed.The results show that after 11 times of tempering, The remaining percentage of the heterosexual field is 25.3%, and the remaining percentage of the elongation of the ribbon is 78.7%, indicating that tempering can not completely eliminate the magnetic anisotropy field induced by stress annealing and the elongation of the ribbon can not be completely recovered.
