游说,从字面上讲,就是某人陈述自己的建议、主张,希望自己的建议、主张被采纳、实施。游说这个词在中国人眼中,是一个人与人之间的互动状态。但在美国,它却是一门产业,并且披着合法化的外衣。从赌场到奥斯卡,甚至政府改革、法案设立,都有游说集团幽灵般的影子出没。游说产业英语中的“游说”一词,最早是指英国议会大厅外的走廊,不少人聚集在此,试图影响议员的政策取向。该词逐渐发展成今天的意思并被广泛使用,则
