通过蔗糖和麦芽糖两种碳源对小麦花粉愈伤组织诱导及分化影响的研究,在W14诱导培养基中(含9%蔗糖)附加适量的麦芽糖对小麦花粉愈伤组织的诱导和分化均有一定促进作用,麦芽糖最适配比浓度为0.5%-1.5%,其愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率分别为对照的1.20—1.27倍和2.5-5.6倍,但麦芽糖不能作为唯一碳源完全代替蔗糖的作用。
The effects of sucrose and maltose on the induction and differentiation of wheat pollen callus were studied. The induction and differentiation of wheat callus in wheat W14 induction medium (containing 9% sucrose) with appropriate amount of maltose The optimum concentration of maltose was 0.5% -1.5%, and the callus induction rate and green plantlet differentiation rate were 1.20-1.27 times of the control and 2.5-5 respectively. 6 times, but maltose can not completely replace sucrose as the only carbon source.
