目的:通过锥形束CT(CBCT)测量分析腭裂患者的鼻中隔偏曲状况。方法:选取59例腭裂患者的CBCT图像进行测量分析,探究不同腭裂类型与鼻中隔偏曲程度、偏曲位置的关系以及腭裂侧与鼻中隔偏曲侧的一致性,探究单侧完全性腭裂患者中,鼻中隔偏曲程度和偏曲位置的关系。结果:59例腭裂患者鼻中隔偏曲角度为1.41°~29.17°,相对偏曲度为6.5%~66.3%。完全性腭裂患者的鼻中隔偏曲程度较不完全性腭裂者严重;单侧完全性腭裂患者中,鼻中隔均凸向裂隙侧,高、中位偏曲患者的鼻中隔相对偏曲度大于低位偏曲患者。结论:CBCT作为一种实用有效的影像学检查手段,在对患者腭裂状况评价的同时,也可以准确地判断腭裂患者鼻中隔偏曲情况。
Objective: To analyze nasal septum deviation in patients with cleft palate by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: The CBCT images of 59 patients with cleft palate were selected for measurement and analysis. The relationship between different cleft palate types and nasal septum deviation degree and deviation position, and the cleft palate side and nasal septum deviation side were explored. Among patients with unilateral complete cleft palate, Relationship between degree of deviation of nasal septum and deflection position. Results: The flexion angle of nasal septum in 59 patients with cleft palate was 1.41 ° ~ 29.17 °, and the relative deflection was 6.5% ~ 66.3%. Patients with complete cleft palate nasal septum deviated more than incomplete cleft palate; unilateral complete cleft palate patients, the nasal septum are convex side of the fracture, high and median deviation patients with nasal septum relative deviation greater than those in patients with low partial deviation . Conclusion: CBCT as a practical and effective means of imaging examination, evaluation of patients with cleft palate condition, but also can accurately determine the deviation of nasal septum in patients with cleft palate.
