随着我国对中职教育的要求不断提高,除了专业技能外,更加注重对学生文化课部分的培养,要求中职学校加大对学生英语的教学力度。但是由于中职学生本身所有的英语专业知识水平有限,导致他们在就业过程中,制约发展。本文以烹饪学为例,探讨中职英语在就业导向下所面临的教学改革,对中职学校传统英语教学所存在的问题进行分析,进而提出优化改革方法,重点讨论教师教学方式的改革以及学生对学习观念的转变,以此提高中职烹饪英语教学的有效性,为烹饪学专业的学生日后就业打下坚实的基础。
As China’s requirements for secondary vocational education continue to increase, in addition to professional skills, pay more attention to the cultivation of part of the students ’culture and require secondary schools to step up their teaching of students’ English. However, due to the limited professional knowledge of English majors in secondary vocational schools, they have restricted their development during the employment process. Taking cooking as an example, this paper discusses the teaching reform faced by employment-oriented English in vocational schools and analyzes the problems existing in traditional English teaching in secondary vocational schools. Then, it puts forward the methods of optimization and reform, focusing on the reform of teachers ’teaching methods and students’ Changes in the concept of learning, in order to improve the effectiveness of English teaching in secondary vocational education, cooking professional students laid a solid foundation for future employment.
