新课程改革三年多来,济南市的高中语文教学改革取得了有目共睹的成绩。从教师教学思想的嬗变、教学行为的转型,到教学生态环境的创设;从备课活动到课堂展示;从对课堂教学效率的追求到课堂教学质量的提高;从教师教学方法到学生学习方式;从教师对教学业务的钻研到专业化发展等等方面,都产生了与以往任何时候迥然不同的质的变化。这些滥觞于新课程改革理念的变化使我们的教师对语文教学的认识逐渐由肤浅到深刻,由简单到复杂,由片面到全面,由知之不多到知之甚多,由幼稚走向成熟。也使我们的中学语文教学充满了生机和活力,使我市的语文教学改革一直走在全省前列。
Over the past three years since the reform of the new curriculum, the high school Chinese language teaching reform in Jinan has made remarkable achievements. From the transformation of teacher’s teaching ideology, the transformation of teaching behavior, to the creation of teaching ecological environment; from preparation activities to classroom display; from the pursuit of classroom teaching efficiency to the improvement of classroom teaching quality; from teacher’s teaching methods to students’ learning methods; From the study of the teaching business to the professional development, etc., teachers have produced qualitative changes that are completely different from ever before. These changes that originated in the concept of new curriculum reform made our teachers’ understanding of Chinese teaching gradually superficial to profound, from simple to complex, from one-sided to comprehensive, from knowledge to knowledge, from naive to mature. It also made our Chinese teaching in middle school full of vigor and vitality, making the city’s reform of Chinese teaching has been at the forefront of the province.
