免疫介导性多发性神经病可以根据其临床表现,累及组织及相关抗原进行分类。以往认为一些“不可治性”的疾病,由于认识到其免疫介导机制,现在已能得到合理治疗。 一、格林-巴利综合征 格林-巴利综合征(GBS)是一种急性炎性脱髓鞘性自身免疫性疾病,主要病理过程为髓鞘脱失和继发轴突变性。髓鞘脱失还可并发轴突行径内的淋巴和巨噬细胞侵润。
