With the development of technology, many high-tech equipment and production lines have higher and higher demands on the site environment. For example, the working platform of some electronic products such as Shanghai Light Source has stringent requirements on vibration. Large vibration can affect product quality. However, the factory is usually in a certain vibration environment, how to reduce the micro-vibration often become the key to the success of the project. The study shows that the micro-vibration of the site is a stable, non-repetitive random fluctuation of the ground, which is related to the geological structure, meteorology,
