研究了V-La以及Fe改性V-La催化剂甲醇-乙醇一步合成异丁醛性能。结果表明:采用V-La催化剂,乙醇转化率和异丁醛选择性随反应时间逐渐降低,当反应进行到6h,乙醇转化率和异丁醛选择性分别从78%和66%下降到56%和46%;而将Fe引入V-La催化剂,催化剂稳定性明显提高,乙醇转化率达到80%以上,异丁醛选择性保持约74%。TPR、XRD等表征结果显示,V与La主要形成了LaVO_4结构,而Fe的加入改变LaVO_4结构,同时也影响V和Fe的还原性能。
The one-step synthesis of isobutyl aldehyde from V-La and Fe-modified V-La catalyst, methanol-ethanol was studied. The results showed that the conversion of ethanol and the selectivity of isobutyraldehyde decreased with the reaction time using V-La catalyst. When the reaction time reached 6h, the conversion of ethanol and the selectivity of isobutyraldehyde decreased from 78% and 66% to 56% And 46%, respectively. However, when Fe was introduced into V-La catalyst, the stability of the catalyst was obviously improved, the conversion of ethanol was over 80% and the selectivity of isobutyraldehyde was about 74%. The results of TPR, XRD and other characterizations show that La and La mainly form LaVO_4 structure, while the addition of Fe changes LaVO_4 structure, and also affects the reduction performance of V and Fe.
