从江苏扬州5个河蟹场分离到具有β溶血的气单胞菌.被检菌加热试验表明:在65℃10min、90℃1min条件下能将细菌灭活.调味品杀菌试验表明:50%食醋作用5min能将细菌灭活,而33%加饭酒24h内对细菌无杀灭作用.以一定浓度醉蟹宝与加饭酒同时加入醉制品中,能在较短的时间内彻底灭菌,提示具有应用价值
Bacteria were isolated from 5 river crab farms in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, and aeromonas bacteria with β-hemolysis were isolated.The results of heat test showed that the bacteria could be inactivated at 65 ℃ for 10min and 90 ℃ for 1min.The condiment sterilization test showed that 50% Vinegar 5min can inactivate the bacteria, and 33% plus rice alcohol within 24h without killing bacteria.With a certain concentration of Drunk crab and add wine while adding drunk products, can be completely sterilized in a short period of time , Suggesting that has the value of application
