INTRODUCTION The port of industrial port is a large-scale import and export terminal built with billets produced by Baosteel in September 1985. The annual throughput is 1.2 million tons, and the plane position is shown in Figure 1. According to the design task book, the terminal is mainly responsible for picking up steel billets for the recent rolling, and Wuhan Iron and Steel will be rolled into steel. In the long term, steel will be exported to the outside world. According to different process requirements, it was decided to build an open-air trestle bridge yard on the 9~# dock land, and build a 8~# quayside belt afterwards.
