分析了斗轮安全离合器在露天粉尘大的环境中工作,经常被粉尘堵塞不能正常工作,造成不能满载工作或过载不保护的问题和原因。提出解决此状况的方案,是用限矩型液力耦合器替代现用的安全离合器。并对耦合器的工作原理进行简要阐述和计算。
Analysis of the bucket wheel safety clutch in open air dust environment, often clogged with dust can not work properly, resulting in not working with full load or overload does not protect the problems and causes. Proposed solution to this situation is the use of torque-limiting fluid coupling to replace the existing safety clutch. The working principle of the coupler is briefly described and calculated.
