提出了一种适用于行星齿轮传动机构构型综合的图论-邻接矩阵法。首先,在NGW型两级行星传动机构中变换机构拓扑图中连接构件和输出构件,获得了所有可能的机构构型;进而采用邻接矩阵法对所获得的机构进行同构判断,得到了24种串联型、36种差动封闭型的NGW型两级行星齿轮传动机构。通过该方法推导,可以得到完整的NGW型行星齿轮传动机构的各种构型,可为多级行星齿轮传动创新设计提供新的方法。
A graph theory-adjacency matrix method suitable for the configuration synthesis of planetary gears is proposed. First of all, in the NGW two-stage planetary transmission mechanism, transform the topology of the mechanism to connect the member and the output member to obtain all the possible configuration of the mechanism; and then use the adjacency matrix method to determine the isomorphism of the obtained mechanism, obtaining 24 Series type, 36 kinds of differential closed NGW type two planetary gear transmission. Through this method, various configurations of complete NGW planetary gear transmission mechanism can be obtained, which can provide a new method for innovative design of multi-stage planetary gear transmission.
