目的探讨转录因子Brn3a及胰岛因子1(Islet1,Isl-1)转录因子在生长发育的三个时期中三叉神经节中的表达情况。方法取发育不同时期的小鼠胚胎头部第13.5天、15.5天、17.5天,各个时期为相互对照。用免疫荧光的方法标记相关蛋白,观察比较不同时期的Brn3a及Isl-1在三叉神经节的表达情况。结果三个时期中Brn3a及Isl-1在三叉神经节均有共表达,在生长发育早期Isl-1没有明显增殖,在生长发育晚期Brn3a没有明显凋亡。结论在发育后期Brn3a及Isl-1标记的神经元,依旧共表达于神经元中,且随生长发育,标记Brn3a及Isl-1的神经元逐渐减少。Brn3a及Isl-1标记的神经元,在生长发育过程中分化为亚型神经元,对上下游转录因子起调控作用
Objective To investigate the expression of transcription factor Brn3a and Islet1 (Isl-1) transcription factors in the trigeminal ganglion during their growth and development. Methods The mouse embryonic heads at various stages of development were sacrificed at day 13.5, day 15.5 and day 17.5, and were compared with each other during each period. The related proteins were labeled by immunofluorescence, and the expression of Brn3a and Isl-1 in the trigeminal ganglion was observed and compared. Results Brn3a and Isl-1 were co-expressed in the trigeminal ganglion in all three stages. There was no significant proliferation of Isl-1 in the early stage of growth and development, and no significant apoptosis in the late stage of growth and development. Conclusion The Brn3a and Isl-1 labeled neurons still co-expressed in neurons at the late developmental stages, and the neurons labeled with Brn3a and Isl-1 gradually decreased with the growth and development. Brn3a and Isl-1 labeled neurons differentiate into subtypes of neurons during growth and development and play a regulatory role in upstream and downstream transcription factors
