21世纪,人才是当今社会最具有价值的资源,在竞争日益激烈的市场经济中,人力资源已成为竞争的主体,作为企业,领导层必须把如何吸纳人才、留住人才,充分挖掘人才潜能作为头等大事来抓。由于目前一些企业在人事人才管理方面的不到位,致使这些企业出现了人才资源存量不足、专业结构不尽合理、人才作用发挥不够、关键人才流失十分常见的不良现象。这样一来,不仅严重制约了企业的进一步发展壮大,同时也极大地挫伤了各类人才到企业施展才华的积极性和主动性。
In the 21st century, human resources are the most valuable resources in today’s society. In an increasingly competitive market economy, human resources have become the main body of competition.
