本文探讨了在知识经济时代，企业家的重要作用；并从企业家的人力资本三维结构———素质、能力和精神———分析了在知识经济环境下，对企业家人力资本结构的要求；分析了企业家如何提高自身的素质和能力，如何培育企业家精神等问题，以期为企业家成长提供思路。
This paper explores the important role of entrepreneurs in the era of knowledge economy and analyzes the requirements of entrepreneur human capital structure from the three-dimensional structure of entrepreneur's human capital --- quality, ability and spirit --- in a knowledge-based economy ; Analyzed how to improve their own quality and ability of entrepreneurs, how to cultivate entrepreneurship and other issues, in order to provide ideas for the growth of entrepreneurs.
