本文总结了我们在甜菜属一些物种的种间杂交工作,涉及物种有栽培甜菜(BetavulgarisL)、沿海甜菜(B.maritimaL.)、叶用甜菜(B.ciclaL.)、白花甜菜(B.corolifloraZos.)、小碗状花甜菜(B.patelarisMoq.)、平匐甜菜(B.procumbensChr.Sm.)等。杂交取得了成功,获得了各种有价值的材料,如带有白花甜菜染色体的栽培甜菜单体附加系系列,具有栽培甜菜和白花甜菜不同染色体组的各种异源多倍体(VVC,VVVC及VVCC)的无融合生殖材料,具有栽培甜菜、白花甜菜和平匐甜菜染色体组的三种间杂种(VCP),这些都为世界首创。通过对杂种后代的选择,已选择出抗褐斑病、根腐病的高产后代,正在进行比较试验,必将对甜菜糖业生产起到促进作用。
This article summarizes the interspecific crossbreeds we work on in some species of the genus Beet, involving the species Betavulgaris L, B. maritima L., B. cicla L., B. caroliflora Zos. , B. patelaris Mojo, B. corbicularis, and the like. Hybridization has been successful with a variety of valuable materials, such as the additional line of cultivated sugar beet monosols with the white beet chromosomes, the various heterologous polyploids with different chromosome sets of cultivated beet and white beet (VVC, VVC And VVCC), and three inter-species hybrids (VCPs) with the genomes of cultivated sugar beet, white beet and beet and these are the world’s first. Through the selection of hybrid offspring, we have selected high-yielding offspring resistant to brown spot and root rot and are undergoing comparative experiments, which will surely promote the production of sugar beet industry.
