SOHO 城市模式可以说是柳沙半岛的延 续。 SOHO 城位于北京东南四环，业主要求 在35万平方米的基地上建造80万平方米的 住宅。如何在一片农田的基础上发展一个新 的城市地带?设计者希望创造一个混合性的 城市模式。 设计者发展了一个网格系统，每个网格 都是平等的，一条环形道将整个网格串接起 来，每个网格均具有均质和最直接的到达方 式，在这里没有等级制度。 在网格内可以容纳不同的建筑原型，包 括别墅、联排别墅、庭院住宅、平行住宅、板 式高层、点式高层等11种基本原型。将这11 种基本模式相互重组，可以得到矩阵般的无 限可能性。
