以CaSO4晶须为添加剂制备了CaSO4晶须/PP-R树脂复合材料,并研究了热处理对复合材料力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明:添加5%改性CaSO4晶须可大幅度提高PP-R树脂的力学性能,相应复合材料的拉伸强度由未改性前的22.1MPa上升到32.2MPa,断裂伸长率由未改性前的45%上升到122%;热处理可消除复合材料内部热应力,促进结晶的完善,有效改善CaSO4晶须/PP-R树脂复合材料的拉伸性能及弯曲性能,最佳热处理温度为120~140℃,最佳时间为40~45min,在此条件下,复合材料的拉伸强度及弯曲强度最大增幅分别可达6.2%和14.5%。
CaSO4 whiskers / PP-R resin composites were prepared by CaSO4 whiskers, and the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties and fracture morphology of the composites was also studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of PP-R resin can be greatly improved by adding 5% modified CaSO4 whiskers. The tensile strength of the composites increases from 22.1 MPa before unmodified to 32.2 MPa and the elongation at break changes from unaltered 45% of the former rose to 122%; heat treatment can eliminate the internal thermal stress composites, promote the crystallization of perfect, effectively improve the CaSO4 whisker / PP-R resin composite tensile properties and bending properties, the best heat treatment temperature of 120 ~ 140 ℃, the best time is 40 ~ 45min. Under this condition, the maximum increase of tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites can reach 6.2% and 14.5% respectively.
