美国著名的功能派语言学家乔姆斯基Chomsky提示人们:学习母语是说在前、读在后;而在没有外语语言环境的情况下学习外语,是读在前、说在后。我们在汉语语言环境里学习英语,要达到能用英语讲、用英语交流的目的,就必须先学会朗读英语,这符合语言习得的规律。因此教师应该创设学生大量朗读的机会,让学生通过朗读接触真实的语言环境,让学生通过朗读在语言情境中感受语言和理解语言规律。 Chomsky, a famous functionalist linguist in the United States, prompts people to learn that learning a native language means speaking first and reading later, while learning a foreign language without a foreign language environment is reading first and speaking later. We learn English in the Chinese language environment.
