电大的整个教学系统和结构,决定了辅导教师的地位和作用.辅导课不应冲击或取代主讲教师的音像课,而应在整个电大教学系统中对主讲教师的音像课起补充、辅助和延伸的作用.所以,辅导课必须突出“辅导”的特点,充分发挥“辅导”的优势,起到辅导课应起的作用.辅导课有很多类型和方法,本文仅就数学辅导课中的“精讲多练”谈点粗浅的看法.
