目的探求螺旋CT脑血管造影检查中,保证脑CTA质量的扫描起始时间的确定法。方法对30例自愿者先行心脏彩超检查,再行较早期扫描的脑CTA检查,以基底动脉血管内造影剂浓度达120HU的时间,作为扫描起始时间,绘出扫描起始时间与射血分数(EF)关系曲线,并依此方式确定扫描起始时间,对病理组共34例病人行脑CTA检查,并对血管显示情况进行评价,部分行DSA比较。结果此法行病理组脑CTA成功率100%。脑血管主干及其1~3级动脉显示率100%,大脑中动脉4~5级分支显示率为94.1%(32/34)。结论使用心脏EF来确定CTA扫描起始时间的方法可行,保证了脑CTA的质量。
Objective To explore the method of determining the initial scanning time of cerebral CTA in spiral CT angiography. Methods Thirty volunteers underwent echocardiography and then the early CTA scan. The basilar artery intravascular contrast agent concentration of 120HU was used as the starting time of the scan, and the initial scan time and ejection fraction (EF) curve, and in accordance with this method to determine the starting time of scanning, a total of 34 patients with pathological brain CT examination, and assessment of vascular findings, some DSA comparison. Results This method of pathology brain CTA success rate of 100%. Cerebral vascular trunk and its 1 to 3 arteries showed 100%, 4 to 5 branches of the middle cerebral artery showed a rate of 94.1% (32/34). Conclusion The method of using cardiac EF to determine the CTA scan start time is feasible and the quality of brain CTA is guaranteed.
