随着我国经济的快速增长,城市交通拥堵等问题日益突出,并且已经严重影响经济发展和城市居民的生活质量。优先发展公共交通刻不容缓,但一直以来片面强调公交优先是对工薪阶层和低收入人群的优先。这种对经济成本的过度关注造成了对公共交通内在“公共理念”的忽视。本文认为要使公共交通真正成为所有人的选择,必须在“公共理念”的基础上,对我国的公共交通进行改革。 With the rapid economic growth in our country, the problems of urban traffic congestion have become increasingly prominent and have seriously affected the economic development and the quality of life of urban residents. Priority is given to the development of public transport, but it has always been a one-sided emphasis on bus priority as a priority for working-class and low-income people. This excessive attention to economic costs has caused the neglect of public “public ideas ” in public transportation. This paper argues that to make public transport a real choice for everyone, we must reform our public transport on the basis of “public ideas.”
