[目的]探讨菌种和辅料对鸡粪堆肥效果的影响。[方法]试验以鸡粪和木屑稻壳为发酵原料,分别添加酵母菌和乳酸菌,研究菌种和辅料对鸡粪发酵过程中温度大肠杆菌群数和臭味的变化。[结果]1添加酵母菌组的发酵最高温度达到67.6℃,比乳酸菌组高6.9℃,且酵母组发酵温度在5℃以上持续了16 d,比乳酸菌组多5 d,两组均高于对照组(59℃和5 d);2添加木屑组的发酵最高温度比稻壳组高2.2℃,5℃以上的持续时间多3天;3酵母菌组、乳酸菌组的粪中大肠杆菌的数量由105个/g德下降到102个/g,其粪臭味分别在第7天和第8天消失。[结论]在该试验条件下,在鸡粪中添加酵母菌和木屑的堆肥发酵效果是最好的。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of bacteria and excipients on the compost effect of chicken manure. [Method] With the use of chicken manure and sawdust husk as raw materials for fermentation, yeast and lactic acid bacteria were respectively added to study the changes of temperature and odor of E. coli during the fermentation of chicken manure. [Result] 1 The maximum fermentation temperature of yeast group reached 67.6 ℃, 6.9 ℃ higher than that of lactic acid bacteria group, and the fermentation temperature of yeast group was above 5 ℃ for 16 days, which was 5 days longer than that of lactic acid bacteria group (59 ℃ and 5 d). 2 The maximum temperature of fermentation in the group with addition of sawdust was 2.2 ℃ higher than that in the group with rice hulls and the duration of more than 5 ℃ was more than 3 days. The number of E. coli in the group of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria was 105 / g Germany dropped to 102 / g, its fecal odor disappear on the 7th and the 8th day respectively. [Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions, the composting effect of adding yeast and sawdust in chicken manure was the best.
