Publica Isrotel Opens Bringing Marriott’s Autograph Collection to Israel
以色列連锁酒店巨头Isrotel宣布新酒店Publica Isrotel开业,定位面向千禧一代。新酒店加盟了万豪傲途格软品牌,标志着傲途格首次进驻以色列。

Israel's leading hotel chain Isrotel announces the opening of Publica Isrotel, targeting the jet setting millennial market. The opening also marks the arrival of Marriott's distinguished Autograph Collection to the country, with Publica joining the ranks of some of the world's most unique boutique hotels.
The 159-room hotel is located in the affluent coastal town of Herzilya, a high-tech center in the Northern part of the Tel Aviv district akin to the United States' Silicon Valley. Publica Isrotel will serve as the city's newest gathering place, offering a variety of distinct spaces. Serving as the brand's first-ever "people meet people" concept hotel, Publica Isrotel introduces something entirely new to the Israeli hospitality market: a prestigious members only club, the City Club. Accessible only to hotel guests and local residents (locals pay a membership fee of $115/month), the City Club offers enriching programming, from fitness classes to live entertainment and special events, where members can mix, mingle, and even conduct business.

Hyatt Sells Three Hotels for $1.0 Billion to Host Hotels & Resorts
凯悦酒店集团宣布与美国酒店集团Host Hotels & Resorts达成协议,将301间客房的夏威夷威雷亚毛伊岛安达仕酒店、668间客房的旧金山君悦酒店、454间客房的佛罗里达椰子岬凯悦度假村及水疗中心出售给后者。本次交易预计于2018年3月底完成,总价达10亿美元,相当于这三家酒店EBITDA(息税折旧及摊销前利润)的16 倍。交易完成后,凯悦将继续长期管理这三家酒店。
凯悦酒店集团总裁马赫澜先生表示:“这次交易体现出凯悦酒店的价值,巩固了凯悦与Host Hotels & Resorts集团的长期合作关系。交易完成之后,凯悦既能在这三家酒店所处的市场维持品牌影响力,同时支持了集团的轻资产战略,为股东实现更大价值。”
Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced that Hyatt has reached a definitive agreement with Host Hotels & Resorts for the sale of the 301-room Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, the 668-room Grand Hyatt San Francisco, and the 454-room Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa for approximately $1.0 billion. The sale reflects a blended EBITDA multiple of approximately 16x based on Hyatt's 2018 pro-forma estimates. Hyatt will continue to manage the three hotels under long-term management agreements. The transaction is expected to close near the end of March 2018.
Mark S. Hoplamazian, president and chief executive officer of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, said, "This agreement demonstrates the value of our owned and leased hotels and strengthens our longstanding and valued business relationship with Host. The completion of this transaction not only allows Hyatt to maintain our brand presence in these key markets with great brand representation, but also supports the execution of our recently announced initiative to reduce real-estate ownership as part of our broader capital strategy to unlock shareholder value."
