北新建材ERP项目启动之前,主要依靠MIS系统完成企业内部的信息流通和业务管理。MIS系统确实能够起到促进企业管理,提高企业效率,降低生产成本,加速资金周转和物流周转的作用。不过,北新建材MIS系统还只是一个简单的业务流程计算机化管理系统,并没有改变传统国有企业固有的管理流程。因此,北新建材决定换一套思路,借ERP系统的引入重建业务流程和管理规范。
North New Building Materials ERP project started before, mainly rely on the MIS system to complete the internal information flow and business management. MIS system can indeed play a role in promoting enterprise management, improving enterprise efficiency, reducing production costs and accelerating capital turnover and logistics turnover. However, North New Building Materials MIS system is only a simple business process computerized management system, and does not change the traditional management of state-owned enterprise processes. Therefore, the new building materials decided to change a set of ideas, through the introduction of ERP systems to rebuild business processes and management practices.
