目的 探讨围生期高危因素对学龄前儿童行为及智力的影响。方法 取 4~ 7岁有围生期高危因素的儿童 74例为观察组 ,正常同龄儿童 12 0例为对照组。采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 ,家庭社会情况及儿童健康情况问卷 ,部分病例并采用韦氏智力量表检查智商。结果 有围生期高危因素的儿童行为问题检出率为 2 4 32 % ,正常儿童行为问题检出率为 11 6 7% ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组内向行为问题分值差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,外向问题分值差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组智商比较 ,对照组高于观察组 (P<0 0 1)。结论 围生期的高危因素对儿童在学龄前的行为及智力发育有严重的影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of perinatal risk factors on behavior and intelligence of preschool children. Methods Totally 74 children with perinatal high risk factors from 4 to 7 years old were selected as observation group and 120 normal children as control group. Achenbach children’s behavior scale, family social situation and children’s health questionnaire, in some cases and the use of Webster’s Intelligence Scale to check IQ. Results The detection rate of behavior problems of children with perinatal risk factors was 24.32%, and the detection rate of normal children behavior problems was 11.67%, the difference was significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between two groups in the scores of introverted behavior (P> 0.05), and there was significant difference in the scores of outward problems (P <0.01). The IQ of the two groups was higher in the control group than in the observation group (P <0.01). Conclusions Perinatal risk factors have a serious impact on children’s pre-school behavior and mental development.
