取具有正常生育力男性的新鲜精液标本110例,彻底洗涤,以去除精子表面附着的精浆。调整精子浓度达15×10~6个/毫升,分别加入浓度为30微克/毫升的麦芽凝集素(WGA)、大豆凝集素(SBA)及刀豆球蛋白A(Con A),以721型分光光度计(500nm)测定从起始到20分钟期间的光密度变化值。结果表明,WGA、SBA及Con A均可引起人精子的明显凝集(与对照组相比,P<0.01)。我们认为,在恒定的实验条件下,可用此法衡量精子膜表面外源性凝集素受体的数目与功能状态。本文对110例标本由WGA引起的凝集反应值作了频数分布分析,为进一步研究在不同生理与病理条件下WGA受体的变化提供了基础数据。此外,还用扫描电镜观察了WGA、SBA与Con A引起的凝集类型,为确定外源性凝集素受体在精子膜表面的定位提供了依据。
