农民问题的核心问题是农民利益问题。农民利益需要法律的保护。本文从当前新农村建设的实际出发,针对农民利益存在的机制缺失问题,提出了经济法保护农民权益的原则和制度。 The core issue of the peasants ’problem is the peasants’ interests. The interests of peasants need legal protection. Starting from the actual conditions of the new rural construction, this paper proposes the principle and system of economic law to protect the rights and interests of peasants in view of the lack of mechanisms for peasants’ interests.
