在砂浆中加入钢纤维可以显著地改善砂浆的强度,不同掺量、不同长度的钢纤维对砂浆强度的影响也不同.通过在砂浆中掺入11种不同量的剪切型超短超细钢纤维(长度:6 mm,直径:0.2 mm)和掺入6种不同量的普通钢纤维试件的强度试验并进行对比分析,得出了砂浆中掺入剪切型超短超细钢纤维砂浆后的强度规律:在钢纤维掺入量小于3%时,普通钢纤维砂浆强度略高于剪切型超短超细钢纤维砂浆;在钢纤维掺入量大于3%时,剪切型超短超细钢纤维砂浆强度明显高于普通钢纤维砂浆.
