近几年来,我们卸甲镇在社区教育活动中,注重社区成员参与程度的高低,以社会的热点、职业的需求、文化素养等方面为主题开展专题讲座、并采取“请进来”、“走出去”的方法,针对不同的教育对象,灵活运用各种教育手段开展社区教育,取得了可喜的成绩。这些成绩的取得与我们注重抓好社区教育志愿者团队建设,全面提高志愿者素质是密切相关的。 In recent years, we unloaded a town in community education activities, pay attention to the level of participation of community members, with the theme of social hot spots, occupational needs, cultural literacy and other topics as the theme, and to take “please come in” “Going out ” approach, for different educational objects, flexible use of various educational tools to carry out community education, and achieved gratifying results.
