世上最大的挑战是把同样的梦想(不是个人的梦想,而是一群人的梦想),注入每个人心中,以创造一致的意见和独特的文化。 高素质的、充满活力和竞争力的员工队伍,比再好的硬件设施,更能创造顾客满意,进而创造优异的业绩。管理不是管物,而是开发人才。一个领导人的责任就是培养他的员工,帮助他们发展才能,完成工作。与其独木难支,不如为下属营造尽可能宽松的发展环境,让他们尽展才华,才更显相得益彰。
The biggest challenge in the world is to inject the same dreams (not individual dreams, but group dreams) into everyone’s hearts to create consistent opinions and a unique culture. A highly qualified, energetic, and competitive workforce creates better customer satisfaction than best-in-class hardware facilities and creates outstanding performance. Management is not a matter of management, but the development of talent. It is the responsibility of a leader to train his employees and help them develop their talents and complete their work. Instead of being hard-pressed, it is better for subordinates to create as easy a development environment as possible for them to show their talents.
