反思我们当前的课堂教学,往往只是以知识目标的达成为本位,结果造成教师在课堂中虽有意识,但却无法落实“情感、态度、价值观”的培养,使学生不能健康的成长。那么做为一名语文教师,如何在教学实践中来达成这一目标呢?我们可以从以下几方面进行尝试:一、吃透教材,充分挖掘教材中的人文因素。二、熏陶感染、潜移默化。三、以人为本,关注学生,树立大语文教育观。四、提升教师素质,构建和谐师生关系。
Reflecting on our current classroom teaching is often based on the attainment of the goal of knowledge. As a result, teachers are not conscious of the classroom but can not implement the cultivation of “feelings, attitudes and values” so that students can not grow healthily. So as a Chinese teacher, how to achieve this goal in teaching practice? We can try from the following aspects: First, thoroughly understand the teaching materials, to fully tap the cultural factors in the textbook. Second, influence on infection, imperceptible. Third, people-oriented, concerned about students, establish a large language education. Fourth, improve the quality of teachers, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
