对高强度Q460钢材应用于高层和大跨度建筑的结构性能进行试验研究。首先对3根焊接H形柱进行试验,试验结果与国家规范设计值的对比表明,将Q460钢焊接H形柱划分为c类截面验算绕弱轴的整体稳定性是偏于安全的,但是划分为b类截面的安全性还需要补充数据并进行可靠度方面的分析。同时还对4根焊接H形构件进行拟静力反复加载试验。试验结果表明,高强度Q460钢构件在轴压和反复弯曲作用下,具有较好的延性和一定的耗能能力。
The structural properties of high strength Q460 steel used in high-rise and long-span buildings are studied. First of all, three welded H-shaped columns were tested. The comparison between the test results and the national standard design values shows that it is safe to divide the welded H-shaped columns of Q460 steel into c-type sections to check the overall stability around the weak axis. However, For the safety of b section also need to add data and reliability analysis. At the same time, four welded H-shaped members were subjected to repeated quasi-static loading tests. The test results show that the high strength Q460 steel has good ductility and energy dissipation under axial compression and repeated bending.
