动态检影验光和静态检影验光都是客观验光方法,但两者存在本质的区别。静态检影验光是用睫状肌麻痹剂使被检眼的调节作用完全松弛,患者不能运用辐辏,检影的目的是观察、寻找“中和点”,而动态检影验光则是在允许患者充分运用调节和辐辏作用的条件下,用动态检影镜来观察被检眼瞳孔区出现的“光影”,按光影出现的动态规律求得“中和点”,确定在试近时应配镜片的屈光度数,以矫正老视。
