西德克虏伯公司开发了牌号为Nirosta 4003的新耐蚀钢。新钢种是含11～12％Cr的铁素体钢,钢的耐蚀性和耐磨性比普通工程用钢、镀锌和涂层钢好。此外,钢具有高的静态和动态强度以及好的焊接性,能用普通工艺和相同成分的填料或奥氏体钢填料焊接。同时,钢还具有好的成形性,宜于深冲、弯曲、压弯和成形。此钢用于中等腐蚀条件同时伴有磨损情况下特别有效,已成功地用作铁路车斗、高速火车的动力装置、运输容器、化工设备、采掘设备以及制糖和农业设备。钢可以板、薄板、卷材、棒材和线材形成供应。
West Germany Krupp has developed a new corrosion-resistant steel grade Nirosta 4003. The new steel grades contain ferritic steels with 11 to 12% Cr. Steel is more corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant than ordinary engineering steels, galvanized and coated steels. In addition, steel with high static and dynamic strength and good weldability can be welded using conventional technology and filler of the same composition or austenitic steel filler. At the same time, steel also has good formability, suitable for deep drawing, bending, bending and forming.
