探讨老年高血压患者血压晨峰现象产生机制.选择150例老年原发性高血压患者根据24h动态血压结果,分为晨峰组和非晨峰组,检测并比较晨峰组与非晨峰组ACE基因多态性及血浆血管紧张素II(Ang II)活性的差异.研究结果显示:晨峰组与非晨峰组比较,DD基因型在晨峰组较非晨峰组升高,同时Ang II活性在晨峰组DD型中较非晨峰组DD型升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).血压晨峰的发生可能与ACE基因DD型有关,通过调节Ang II而形成.
To investigate the mechanism of morning peak of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 150 elderly patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups: morning peak group and non-morning peak group according to 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure results, ACE gene polymorphism and plasma Angiotensin II (Ang II) activity.The results showed that: DD group compared with non-morning peak group, DD genotype in the morning peak group than non-morning peak group, while Ang II activity in DD model of morning peak group was higher than that of non-morning peak group DD, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) .The occurrence of blood pressure morning peak may be related to DD gene of ACE gene and formed by regulating Ang II.
